Dear Parent/Guardian,

 

As a reminder, beginning in the 2026-27 school year, new students first grade and above in a Scholarship Choice Confirmed status who have not yet been presented for Quarter 1 funding, must upload an approved document confirming withdrawal from public school in EMA.

 

You are receiving this email because you did not submit a document for your student(s), listed below.

 
If you contacted your school district or assigned public school to request proof of public school withdrawal by September 15, 2026 and have not received a response, you may upload a copy of your request instead. This option is only for families who have already requested the documentation and are awaiting a response. Please upload a copy of the email or letter you sent to the school district or assigned public schools in EMA by Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

Public School Withdrawal Dates

The withdrawal date listed on the letter or email to the school district or assigned public school will determine which quarter(s) your student(s) may be eligible for funding consideration.

  • Quarter 1 and Quarter 2: Withdrawal date on or before July 31, 2026
  • Quarter 2 only: Withdrawal date August 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026

Steps to Upload the Email or Letter

To upload a copy of the request to your student's school district or assigned public school in EMA: 

  1. Select My Students from the menu.
  2. Locate the student and click View Student on their student tile.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Additional Documents section.
  4. From the Select Document Type dropdown, choose Standard Withdrawal Form (2026-2027).
  5. Upload a copy of the email or letter you sent to your school district or assigned public school. 

Note: These instructions only apply to the students listed in this email.
