Through House Bill 5101, a new Transportation Stipend has been created, removing the Transportation Scholarship from the Florida Tax Credit Scholarship (FTC) and the Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options (FES-EO) programs. 

The Transportation Stipend will award $750 per eligible household for K-8 students to supplement transportation costs to a Florida, non-virtual public school that is different than their assigned school.

Applications for the Transportation Stipend will be available in the fall.
